What to include.
A first message is more useful with four things in it: what your company sells and roughly what it does in annual revenue; the symptom you can see — leads dropped, cost per acquisition climbed, launch underperformed; what you have already tried; and what a fix would be worth. That is enough to tell you honestly whether this is a Cubic Blue problem before anyone spends an hour on a call.
What happens next.
If it is a fit, we ask for access to the accounts that hold the evidence — ad platforms, analytics, CRM. Within 48 hours of access you get a deployment plan: what is broken, what we are doing about it, and in what order, tracked to ROI.
